Who do we sell our products to?
Our products can be used by people of all ages. We do, however, formulate many of our products to “Bring New life to Skin” for women and men over the age of 30 and beyond, as we understand the skincare challenges differ with each decade of life.
How do we manufacture our products?
We manufacture only in small batch systems in our laboratory in Western Australia so that our customers get fresh products and not products that have been stored in a warehouse for months.
When we get orders, we small batch them and put the vital ingredients (that make the difference to your skin) fresh in each single jar prior to being despatching the individual order.
This point of difference allows our customers to use fresh, fresh, fresh, products on their delicate skin straight from the jar. We make it here in Australia and it is straight out of our door directly to you. We do not stockpile products in our warehouse.
How are our products different?
Our potent active ingredients and peptides are the ingredients that make the difference, which are added to product on each customer’s order.
We make the difference by getting your product to you fresh. Each customer matters. So, we give you the best products and the best service we possibly can. For example, we do not store products for two years in our warehouse then send them out to you, two years old. Even the largest of companies stockpile products and most definitely do not deliver fresh.
How do we deliver our products?
All of our products get delivered via Australia Post. All orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $12.00 (unless otherwise stated on our website) and sent via road.
All flammable good orders regardless of size are sent via road.
All orders over $100 (except flammables) within Australia are sent via Express mail Via Australia Post FREE OF CHARGE.
International Shipping is charged at Australia Post standard rates unless you request International Air Freight. No flammable goods are sent internationally.
Returns and refunds
We do not accept return of goods if you have just changed your mind.
Due to strict hygiene laws, we do not take back any goods that have been opened and are not in the original packaging that the products were supplied in. if you wish to return unopened products, please email us directly and we can discuss your return and refund.
Rather than ordering the wrong product, if you are not sure on what product to purchase for your skin, please send us a photo of your skin and we will get a professional to perform a skin analysis free of charge and advise you on the correct products to buy for your individual skin condition. Otherwise, enjoy your products from us that are always fresh for your individual needs.
We would like to emphasise that it is vital that you use the spatula supplied when using a product from a jar. Under our nails, we carry a lot of bacteria and germs that contaminate your fresh creams. Definitely refrain from dipping fingers in jars. Keep products in a clean, dry place – preferably in a draw or on your dressing table.
Order processing times
Once your payment has been cleared, orders are usually fulfilled within 48 hours.
Depending on where you are within Australia, delivery times maybe 10-15 business days.
If products are despatched via express post, they normally take 3-4 days to deliver after despatch time, usually within 48 hours after payment has been transferred to us.
