To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected with 10
working days from the date it is received by the local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to sender.
Please send your order to a business / residential address where someone will be able to receive your products.

Orders may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs payable by the order recipient.
Overseas orders are exclusive of 10% Australian GST. This is removed from your order once completed.

Lost or damaged parcels

If investigation shows Australia Post has lost your parcel, then a replacement or refund will be supplied.
If your parcel has been lost due to an incorrect address submitted online or via email then
