POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free freight within Australia on all orders $80 and above

Orders are sent Via Express Australia Post – these can be tracked.
(Signature required, card will be left if not home)

To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected with 10
working days from the date it is received by the local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to sender.

Please send your order to a business / residential address where someone will be able to receive your products.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

Minimum order $80AUD

New Zealand America & Canada shipping is a Flat rate at of $25.00aud  for inner cities and surrounding suburbs. 

9 – 12 days delivery after despatch of goods.

All country area outside of main cities will incur additional freight charges.

The rest of the worlds main cities and immediate areas shipping is a Flat Rate $35aud 12-20 days delivery after despatch of goods.

These shipping rates are for:

Delivery charges will be displayed in cart once delivery country has been chosen.

Orders may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs payable by the order recipient.

 Free shipping excludes international orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

Western Australia excluding N.T. 4 – 8 working days once order is despatched.

Other Australian metropolitan areas 8 – 12 working days once order is despatched.

 

International orders please allow up to 20 days

Orders are processed and despatched within 3 working days.

Please note the delivery times listed should be treated as estimates only.

Expected delivery time frames commence from your parcel being dispatched.

Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occur.

Note: We are not prepared to take abuse for shipping taking longer than expected, Unfortunately once an order has been despatched we do not have control on shipping delays.  We want you to receive your goods within the guide lines that the shipping and postal company gives us so you can enjoy your products. So please be kind.

We will advise if we are informed your order will be delayed.

An investigation will need to be logged with

Australia Post

If investigation shows Australia Post has lost your parcel, then a replacement or refund will be supplied by them at their cost.

If your parcel has been lost due to an incorrect address submitted online or via email then

SKIN SOLUTIONS BY JANE is not liable and will not refund or supply a replacement.
