All orders under $97 have a Flat Shipping Rate is $8.00
After Despatch of goods 10 – 12 working days delivery is normal
Express Shipping Flat Rate is $12.00
via Australia Post
After Despatch of goods 5 – 8 working days
Express Shipping is tracked.
Express Shipping needs to be signed for on arrival.
Must be to a physical address no PO boxes accepted.

To collect the parcel the delivery card must be presented with a form of photo identification. Parcels must be collected within 10 working days from the date it is received by the local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to sender.
Please send your order to a business / residential address where someone will be able to receive your products.

New Zealand America & Canada shipping is a Flat rate at of $28.00aud
12 – 28 working days delivery after despatch of goods.
All country area outside of main cities will incur additional freight charges.
The rest of the world’s main cities and immediate areas shipping is a Flat Rate $38aud 12-30 working days delivery after despatch of goods.

Expected delivery time frames commence from your parcel being despatched.
Whilst we make every effort to ship your order within the time frames supplied, unforeseen delays in shipping during peak trade times may occur.
Please be polite to our staff if shipping takes longer than expected. Unfortunately once an order has been despatched, we do not have control on shipping delays. We want you to receive your goods within the guide lines that the shipping and postal company gives us so you can enjoy your products, ASAP. So please be kind.

An investigation will need to be logged with Australia Post
If investigation shows Australia Post has lost your parcel, then a replacement or refund will be supplied by them at their cost.
If your parcel has been lost due to an incorrect address submitted online or via email then
SKIN SOLUTIONS BY JANE is not liable and will not refund or supply a replacement.
